More about Crowning Your Essence

Rosetta was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  She graduated as the Valedictorian of Brainerd High School's Class of 2008, serving as a member of the Honor Society, Hamilton County's Gifted Program, and top 10% of Hamilton County students in 2008. She moved to Knoxville, Tennessee shortly after to begin her career as an undergraduate at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville focusing on psychology and entrepreneurship.   

Rosetta studied Psychology at UT for 4 years   and founded a consulting company in 2017, Crowning Your Essence, Inc. She is a Certified Noble Design Coach of Noble Success LLC and a Holistic Life Coach of Holistic Learning Centers.  She's also an ordained Minister of American Marriage Ministries and enjoys officiating private weddings of dear friends and family.   

Rosetta is a self-published self-help Author. Her debut memoir and workbook journal released in 2018 titled, Memoirs of My Soul: A Journey to Self. She previously worked for the City of Chattanooga as the secretary for Chattanooga Historic Zoning Commission and Form-Based Code and left in September 2019 to work full time for Crowning Your Essence, Inc., a business consulting company that provides ongoing business development services to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and influencers providing philanthropic efforts towards community and economic development. As a consultant, she focuses on expanding minds, empowering people, and changing lives.  Among her self-employment career, she also started The Sister Circle for Women of Color in 2016, helping BIPOC women discover their gifts and combat generational trauma through group healing, empowerment, education, community service, leadership, and unity.  She later charted this movement as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2019, now called, Royal Circle of Sisters, Inc.  

Rosetta's work in the community began at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville when she became an official volunteer for the Western Heights Boys and Girls Club of Knoxville from 2009 until 2012, working alongside the Facility Director, Jameshia Robinson.  After moving back to Chattanooga in 2013, she became a school volunteer for Barger Academy Magnet School for the fall semester of 2013, helping with the school fundraisers and as a teacher's aide. In 2019, she created non-profit programs to support under-served communities called: the Reset-Mindset Initiative Seminars, Reset-Mindset Inner City Travel, Business Start-up Program, and Reset-Mindset Boot Camps.    

She was nominated by Chattanooga Business Elite as 2020 Best Therapist and nominated for the 2021 Community Spotlight Award. During 2021 Women's History Month she was featured in the Tennessee Tribune as a Thriving Woman Owned Business and highlighted by City of Chattanooga Office of Multicultural Affairs for being a woman owned business that succeeded during the 2020 pandemic. She graduated from Leadership Chattanooga in 2021 through the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, she was named a "6 Star Business"  by the 6 Star Community Podcast in Australia and United Kingdom.

Her recent work has landed her with podcast interviews, keynote speaker endeavors, and receiving the Global Entrepreneurship Award for Social Entrepreneurship from Vessels of Virtue (Johannesburg, South Africa) in November of 2021.  

In her spare time, she enjoys her family, traveling, finding creative ways to inspire inner peace, learning new information, making new connections, empowering people, expanding minds, and changing lives.   

We would like to welcome Ashley Foster to our team. She is the Account Executive for Crowning Your Essence, Inc. Ashley's background is in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. She readily serves our clients with motivation, relationship support, personal development, and accountability for taking action in the support provided by our Business Development Consultant. We are excited to have her on our team. 

Crowning Your Essence was founded in 2017 as a personal development & holistic product retail company. Phase 1 of our foundation was launching a foot-in-the-door technique by promoting the brand at local community events as a natural and holistic product line. The Founder, Rosetta Greer, wanted to use her love for natural products to bring awareness to the need for personal development coaching. She reached over 1000 customers within the first year. In 2018, she launched Phase 2 and spent time mastering her ability to guide entrepreneurs to improve their quality of life on a personal and professional level. In 2019, she re-established Crowning Your Essence as a business consulting company to further impact businesses to create generational sustainability and positive impact.
